The Hasli necklace takes its name from the Hindi word 'hansuli' which means 'collar bone' because it rests on the collarbone of the wearer.

Haslis are believed to have worn by the women of Banjara community in Rajasthan and Guajrat.

Beautiful duel coloured charms, wooden beads, sugar beads with evil eye beads are attached to the hasli with mirrors with kutchi works.
