Sourced ethically, wild garlic leek adds to the taste and nutrition of the product.The wild leek is a rare ingredient of this product. This edible part of the plant is sourced from high altitude region from areas with almost no human impact.

FOREST PICKLE

Our desi ghee comes from free grazing high altitude himalayan cows native to the geography. Homemade in remote himalayan villages, these mountain cows graze on fresh forest fodder shrubs herbs and many medicinal plants thus producing milk with high nutritional value.Butter is churned out of curd and boiled to make this delicious ghee commonly known as the bilona method. The change in color and texture varies because of multiple reasons including the season and the consumption of the cows.Our ghee is made traditionally over wood fired ovens and is considered sacred in these geographies and also offered to local deities/demigods.It takes around 20 to 30 litres of milk to produce 1kg of pure Himalayan Cow Desi Ghee.
