We prepare them in a special way with less salt and more fenugreek so that it's *suitable for diabetic people* . Initially we pickle the raw mango pieces with fenugreek seeds and little amount of salt for 6 hours. Then we dry the pieces for around 3 hours and mix the remaining ingredients such as chilli powder, fenugreek powder, mustard powder (slightly) etc.
