The parcel should not have any cuts.

Video shouldn't have any pause/edit. The video should clearly show any defects/damage piece clearly.

A complete unboxing video without any pause/edit, uncut parcels (without any torn or slit/cut before unboxing video) will be excepted for exchange of product if we can clearly see the damage.
